I grew up in Vermont with a lifelong love of art and of working with children. I studied ceramics at University of Vermont, but channeled my creative energies into less technical artistic media as I pursued a career in pediatric speech-language pathology.
My life was transformed when I returned to ceramics 15 years ago at the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen. I have been fortunate to be able to participate in the League as a student, a studio monitor and as an ceramic instructor for children and adults. I believe strongly in the mission of the League. See the League’s educational offerings at: www.hanover.nhcrafts.org
I have lived in Etna, NH for 29 years where my ceramics studio is located. My interest in art is shared with my husband David. Although he has not yet touched clay, he is a fine studio technician! We have a 34-year old son who is married and lives in Maine.
